While I was home on leave, my wife an I got into a big argument about left handed rifles. I told her that it was a right handed rifle with accesories to make the controls (safety, bolt catch, mag release) easier to manipulate for a left handed firer. Long story short I was wrong and there are rifles that are factory made for lefties. The controls are reversed and spent casing eject to the left away from the shooter. 

When I got back to theater I decided I should do some experimenting shooting lefty. These are my findings.

Almost home for xmas. I’ve been in the air for 22 hours in the last 3 days, 2 more hours tomorrow morning and I’m home.

this is one of those times I’ll revert to DADT

So I was in our shop using some aerial imaging software and comparing it against still shots on my laptop so I could construct the most bad ass range card ever. The Plt Sgt and Wpns Sqd Ldr came in to build an OPORD in PowerPoint. I walked to our 3 shop to get a classified printout of the images I was looking at. My computer screen saver had popped on when I stepped out. When I came back the guys were all drooling on my laptop.
